Anxiety and Depression

At the Child and Family Practice, there are a variety of options available for those struggling with depression and anxiety.

What can I get help with?

Anxiety and depression can be experienced alone, or as part of a wider problem related to life upheavals or difficult experiences. Psychotherapy, psychiatry, family therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy are some examples of what may be offered to you if deemed appropriate.

How do I get in touch?

If you are concerned about your child’s behaviour and development and would like them to be seen by a specialist, please contact the Practice either by telephone or through the general ‘make an enquiry’ form to arrange a consultation with one of our paediatricians.

How much will it cost?

Costs differ between individuals. You will be given a clear idea of fees before any treatment begins.
